At Casolare Chignoletti the experience of DrAUM, a renewed AUM Meditation combined with the magical energy of the Drum Circle, followed on Sunday morning by the Alchemical Circle of Cacao and Sounds.

Program:
Saturday at 2.30 pm welcome with welcome cocktail.
DrAUM starts at 15.00.
After dinner at 9.30pm Drum Circle.
Sunday morning at 8 am meditation, breakfast and at 10 am sound experience with Cacao ceremony
Saturday 3 pm:
DrAUM The Power in the Space of the Heart.
The power of Awareness, Understanding Meditation combined with the magical energy of the drums-
We will be guided to recognize places of safety, trust, beauty that support our resilience.
We will begin with the Dance of our Vital Rhythm that will flow into the experience of an AUM renewed and adapted to Somatic exploration while maintaining its perfect "social" structure to deepen the connection first of all with ourselves and then with others.
We will explore our instincts and emotions together through body language and the use of drums and percussion, we will experience our innate self-regulation abilities and we will be guided to recognize places of safety, trust, beauty that support our resilience. We will also be the support of the sound of our drums for this!
It is a journey through stages lasting 5/15 minutes each, all destined to create a state of "no mind" mental void and openness of the heart.
This technique allows much more than a mental relaxation or a pleasant bodily sensation: if done with intensity and awareness it leads to a profound inner silence.

Saturday 9.30 pm:
The COMMUNITY DRUM CIRCLE is a group activity where people gather in a circle and, led by a facilitator, play and create rhythm together, using a wide range of percussion instruments.
Feeling part of a group that plays is a way to meet and connect again with others in an intense and inclusive atmosphere, where fun and the free expression of one's inner rhythm find space.
Sunday at 10:
ALCHEMICAL CIRCLE OF COCOA AND SOUNDS.
Cocoa used as a master plant and the vibrations of sounds to promote presence in the body, emotional openness and connection with one's heart.
The alchemy of cocoa and the vibrations of sounds in a circle will accompany us on a journey through our senses towards the discovery of new inner spaces where we can rediscover the wisdom of our body and listen to what it can tell us when we contact it openly. and authentic.
